INDIVIDUAL YOGA INSTRUCTION
Are you intimidated by the idea of attending a group class?
It might be a good idea to take a few one-on-one sessions before joining a group class. The teacher will help modify, adapt, and offer alternatives if necessary to the postures according to your individual needs. Taking a class with students of all levels can lead to improper alignment given the teacher is not able to give individual attention to all the students at the same time. Individual Yoga Instruction will give you the opportunity to be taught how to properly get in and out of each posture, which will help you avoid injury.
