Since 1998, Dr. Chris has been active in the Wellness and Fitness Community. It has been the vision of Dr. Chris to open a Wellness Center that provides a natural, safe, and effective means of enhancing life and vitality for members of their community. Dr. Chris specializes in Wellness, Fitness, Rehab, and Family Care. Dr. Chris is a certified Professional Applied Kinesiologist, and has achieved a Proficiency Rating as an Activator Methods practitioner. He also has training in Network Spinal Analysis, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization, and Kinesiology Taping. He is a Certified Fitness Trainer, as well as a Certified Yoga Instructor in Sadhana Yoga Chi.
Dr. Chris is the author of 2 books, The Wellness Revolution and Simply Wellness , and is a motivating public speaker.
Dr. Chris has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Services, a Master of Arts Degree in Christian Counseling, and a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree.
Dr. Chris’ hobbies include weight training, cycling, yoga, music, art, and most of all spending time with his 3 daughters. Dr. Chris has competed in and finished an Ironman Distance Triathlon, several marathons, and dozens of of shorter distance endurance events.
